Not particularly nice

The room was an ok size and looked pretty clean, although it was rather smelly. Internet connection was not the fastest and the choice of English-speaking television channels was extremely limited (don’t expect to watch ESPN!) Breakfast was typical chain hotel/motel fare, lots of stodge and sugar. Overall, not the greatest - I wouldn’t bother going back.

Excellent value!

Though somewhat out of the way on US1 between I-95 and M295 - a newer facility, continental breakfast, excellent value - we’d go back.

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

After 3 nights in an Embassy Row hotel in DC, our hotel "down-sizing" actually resulted in a larger, more comfortable room for 75% less than the DC hotel rate. It was a good base from which to visit family living in Maryland.

A Gem

Hotel was immaculate and price was great. Would definitely return. Took about 35 minutes to drive to downtown D.C.
