Cetainly good once we found it

Overall the hotel was great. Ideally located for the Station Terminis and Via Nazionale. All of the major sites are within half an hours stroll and the staff were very helpful regarding the best methods to get around and knowledgable about opening and train times. 1 reccomendation is that you don’t use the map or directions on the hotel website to find the hotel. Take the address and work out your route form the train station from an A-Z. It’s only around 10 minutes stroll from the Station Terminis but it took us around an hours to find it. Beds were a little hard but that’s being a little too picky to be fiar. There’s a great little coffee shop/cafe around the corner on Via Torino which serves great coffee and is open until quite late so it’s good for a drink on the way back to the hotel after a meal. I’d suggest using this hotel to anybody who is thinking of visiting Rome for a long weekend. It’s a great location/base and is very clean.

locale great noise level deafening

For a 3 star hotel it was clean. The room was small. Toiletries were so small recommend that one bring own soap and washcloth and HAIR CONDITIONER. Hair dryer broken in room. We stayed 4 nights and it was never repaired Our room was on the street, very noisy near main train station, questionable night time traffic on sidewalk .When using expedia demand a room not on street or near garbage cans noise was so bad i did not sleep for 4 nights close to metro downtown Rome lots of restaurants but all 2-3 star hotels very inexpensive area. Would stay in Testavere or via Veneto next time. The staff was great no problem. Breakfast terrible only bread cereal, juice and bad coffee

Anitiquities and Pompei
