Great Restaurant
Blue Roses is a fairly basic hotel in a not very pretty Italian town. Its close to Brindisi Airport and close to many of the reasons you are in Puglia in the first place. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and air conditioned and its very reasonably priced. But the best bit is the restaurant located in one of the two hotel blocks. Its brilliant and as always in Puglia, great value.
