If You Want Towels - Go To Target
We have six rooms at the Hilton for out of town relatives (myself included) for my niece’s wedding. On Saturday, we decided to go downtown before the wedding and visit a few tourist attractions. When we returned to three of the rooms, there were no towels. We each called to order towels, twice. I even went downstairs once, as well as attempted to talk to the housekeeping staff in the hall. It was ONE HOUR later when we received our towels, some of them were wet. Upon leaving for the wedding, we all talked to the desk and they assured us the manager would hear all about it and get with us...nothing. It’s an okay hotel, beautiful lobby area, but, come on folks, if you don’t own enough towels to stock every room, you shouldn’t be running a hotel.

Very nice hotel
Great hotel at a reasonable price. Only complaint inability to get 2 double beds as reserved on expedia.
