Clean and basic
The hotel seemed like an average hotel for business travelers. It was clean but hot, though there was a ceiling fan. Not fancy but everything worked, and the front desk was very friendly.

Albi is worth a visit
Great location. All the sights you’ll want to see are within walking distance of the hotel. Very clean hotel with ample off street parking. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The main problem was we were there when it was incredibly hot and the ceiling fan was noisy enough to keep even me awake! So we had 2 uncomfortable nights trying to stay cool. When it’s not so hot it would be a perfectly satisfactory hotel to stay in.
Get an Albi pass from the Tourist Office (in the old square), Costing 6.50 euro, this gives free access to the Cathedral and the T-Lautrec museum and fairly good discounts at lots of other venues.

Fine hotel and excellent staff
We arrived late and owner met us since front desk is closed overnight. Exceptional service! Fine quiet room, good parking, wonderful location; all around great experience!
