very good location, on a quiet street but very close to transportation and restaurants
overall nice, has character, and very well maintained, but the rooms are very small. Bathrooms clean but extremely small.

Poor hotel
My room was in the basement and was very small. I needed to close my suitcase to get into bed! In the evening there was no warm water to shower. If you turn of the airconditioning before you going to sleep, the airco unit automaticaly turned on in the middle of the night. So when you wake up you are ’frozen’. I stay quite often in London for business and leisure. I never had such a poor hotel. Tip: pay 20p extra and get a good hotel.

The service & cleanliness were very good, but the room was rather small & the view was non-existant.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
London Eye was terrific as was the river cruise!
