Not impressed
Was expecting a 5 star hotel but would realistically rate it as a 3 star. The hotel was freezing and was told that there was a problem with the heating but it would be fixed later on. The sheets on the bed were stained. The water facilities were freezing so could not be enjoyed. Staff were not very friendly. Our room was not cleaned until 4.30 on our second day so we had to sit in the cold hotel lobby while waiting.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is very clean and the staff is impressive. The rooms are clean and well kept. The food and other services the hotel has to offer are excellent but very expensive.

Outstanding Hotel
What a wonderful place!!! The rooms were wonderful, the food was great and the spa was unbelievable. The staff was extremely helpful - helping us with cabs, train schedules, etc. Made sure we were having a pleasant experience the 2 nights we stayed there. I would definitely stay here again!
