Had a great time
We arrived late, after a tedious 4 1/2 drive, to fresh apple cider, cookies, chocolate-dipped pretzel sticks, a room upgraded to a penthouse suite and two night managers who rivaled the best of SNL (Saturday Night Live). What’s not to like? It was a great ending to a boring day...and a full breakfast was included in the price! You can believe that we will stay there again, which is why we are recommending it to anyone traveling through Binghamton, NY.

An enjoyable overnight.....
Great location, very friendly staff, only one disappointment breakfast was very busy and seating was limited.

Don’t forget to try the Moghul Fine Indian Cuisine & Tapas Bar just down the road, it’s a must........

Ok but starting to show its age...
This is a standard Residence Inn but it seems to have been around a while so it is beginning to show its age. For example they loaned us a DVD player but after a day of hourly visits they finally had to replace the tv set because it was so old there was no way to switch to the DVD player. The toilet was tiny. The internet is only wired. The rooms were clean and up to Marriott standards they just need an update. The breakfast was well above average--lots of hot items. The staff was very pleasant but overwhelmed much of the time. The location is very good--about two minutes from the University. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, shopping, etc.
