Best in the area
I’ve stayed at the Camino Real also at the airport in Mexico City and the Ramada Inn is probably superior for the price. Excellent room and accomodations. Details found only in superior hotels.

disappointed in airport shuttle
The hotel itself is fine, but one of the attractions should be convenience to the airport. It took ~ 40 minutes to get picked up at the airp[ort when we arrived!. The departure was much better.

Ok!
There was not much English spoken really, and I speak NO Spanish. The internet in the business centre was not free but there was no sign to tell you this - I went in and spent 2 hours on it and then got shouted at for not asking first, and was charged 200 pacos. I didn’t have any money and had to pay with dollars at a poor rate of exchange! I was very upset and had only just got there!
