Miserable breakfast staff!!
Location in relation to attractions/trains/airport is fine. Hotel itself is very tired looking and in need of some attention but by far the biggest negative was the attitude of the breakfast staff - everything and anything was too much trouble, not the way to start your day!

Good value for money
This hotel is well situated close to the city centre and it’s location is quiet at night. Bus from airport to city centre is modest cost with the nearest drop off point approx 300 metres from hotel. Staff spoke/understood English weel enough for there to be no issues. The continental breakfast supplied met with expectations. I would book again for this hotel if we return to Pisa in the future

The regional rail tickets are a modest cost with frequent service which may prevent the need to hire a car to get around.

Stay Elsewhere
I would never stay here again. The staff was very unfriendly and rude at times and never really went out of there way to help you. In my room, my main light didn’t work and was never fixed in the 3 days I stayed there after mentioning it to the staff everyday. The shower didn’t drain properly, and the air conditioning never worked. I was also given 3 parking passes for my stay and was never told there would be a charge for parking of 15 euros at the end of my stay. The breakfast (if you want to call it that) was awful unless you like plain yogurt and stale cereal. Everything was pre packaged and not worth sitting down for. I would never stay at this hotel and would recommend staying anywhere else in Pisa. The bottom line is the staff was unfriendly and they never did anything to correct the problems with my room. Be careful as they do provide you with safes in your room but they are not secured to anything so anyone can merely take it out of the room.
