Good location, great value, friendly staff
Right across from a tram stop, and very close to the beach and other St. Kilda attractions. Rooms are small, but that’s OK by me for the price. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff
It has been a great time staying in Cosmopolitan hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at the counter are very approachable when we ask them for direction. We has some problems with our air-con on the first day, and called the frontdesk for help. As they have some problems contacting the technicans, the frontdesk staff came up herself (sorry, forgotten her name) and help us with it. She also promised to check on our aircon while we are away to make sure its functioning well. Would like to stay in the same hotel if we are going back again.

close to beach and plenty of restaurants, shopping & Safeway
I really like the hotel and it’s location but especially liked the fact that I got to do my laundry there since the machines seemed to be almost always available. the only thing that I didn’t like was the single little refrigerator light bulb over the bathroom sink. I could not see very much but maybe that was best after a day on the beach. I was in one of the many buildings so never really saw what the rest of the hotel was like.
