Good value
Great for a family or a close group of friends. The only down side is that there is only one bathroom. Washer and dryer are a big plus, and the location is perfect--just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Newport.

The place is wonderful. Has a nice gas grill on the back deck also.

Great get-a-way, close to the ocean.
