The hotel was great
The hotel was wonderful. The check-in literally took one minute. 5 minutes after we arrived in our room, we got a call from the front desk asking if everything in the room was okay and if we needed anything. We had the basic cleaning service and they changed our sheets, made our beds, and gave us fresh towels everyday. The washer and dryer in the room was a plus. We also had a full kitchen. This was more like a condo than a hotel room.

Does not have a good service
The Hotel is great, but the staff was not very helpful, on the second night the left the trash on the bathroom counter and did not put towels or paper. Then there was a misunderstanding about my reservation but on the last night the changed the code on the door and we could not get in the room, I went to see what was going on and the attendant could not even find me in the computer. It was 11:00 PM and we had gone to Disney, we were exausted and I felt very frustrated, knowing that I had already paid but not being able to enter the room. That was kind of rude. They gave me back the resort fee of $12 when I complaint, but the assistant did not even offer new towels and taking the trash out. Great hotel, but not managed very well!

we had an absolute great stay at Floridays. The room was super clean and went beyond our expectations considering how little we paid. We really got a good deal on Expedia. I highly recommend to families. Our little one just loved the pool.
A rental car with GPS is absolutely necessary. We would have been lost without it.
