Disney Vacation
Apart from almost unusable shuttle service, everything was great. We use the heated pool once and it was cold, but we went for disney so room was important than the pool. Room was excellent. Staff was very helpful and we had a lot of fun.

needs some attention to detail
We stayed one week because of Expedias high rating. Not Impressed.. Every morning there were flyers pushed under the door by local pizza joints. The houskeeping left them on the floor for 3 days . The pool was not well kept up and by the end of the day was full of trash and towels including beer bottles. AC in room did not cool of the larger bedroom. All gym equipment was in disrepair and basically unusable. As a twice a year Orlando visitor I have found many other local places that were better

The best of the best...That is all I can say.........Everything was great and the service too........I cant wait to go back again and I have already recommended this hotel to all of my family...........
