Not impressed
The hotel was convieniately close to Victoria coach and rail station. There were bars and shops close by too. Breakfast was continental which was very nice. Rooms were small and basic. Take extra pillows because theirs were so flat it looked liked they had been put through a mangler!! We did not sleep well cos of the flat pillows.

Good.... as a last resort
Glad I was only staying here for one night. Rooms are severely in need of refurb - the place is VERY basic and if it was anywhere other than London would be in the GBP30 a night bracket. It is also not actually as close to Victoria station as Id expected. It is more like half way between Victoria and Pimlico tube.

Basic
i was a little disappointed with my room. the walls needed a coat of paint and the furniture was basic. had to lie on the bed to watch the TV which unfortunately and was as high as the ceiling and not easy to watch. The sheets were clean and the bed firm but no particularly comfortable. i only stayed for two nights but would not have wanted to stay longer. for the price in London it is probably value for money.it was also close to victoria station which was important to me.if you want a basic room with no frills and comfort this place will not disappoint you. the breakfast was fine and the staff friendly.
Traveller's tip
i found it really helpful to print off a walking route from the internet before leaving home. this meant i could follow the route from the station to my hotel and then from the hotel to my business destination.
