Awful

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and unkempt. The room was very cold and dirty. The bathroom which was clean but rundown felt artic in temperature as the radiator did not work. The whole hotel needs a drastic makeover to drag it into the 21st Century and also a through cleaning. The only positive aspects was the pleasant and helpful staff and the breakfast was good too.

Traveller's tip on nightlife

Would never stay there again.

Great for insomniacs

Central location for night life, kept up until 3am by music and noise from the bar below my room. Rooms weren’t bad except for the need for redecoration but the public areas were cramped and in awful condition. One lift only that the service crew hogged during the day. Breakfast wasn’t bad but you had to find your own table and clear it yourself before you could use it.

Handy for the Galpharm Stadium but due to exessive prices in the overflowing car parks I would advise you to leave the car at home.
