definitely not 4 star!
We were disappointed with this hotel, for a number of reasons: breakfast was an extra 14 euros and was of very poor quality; there was only a bath in the room, no shower!!; there was no air-con, which meant we had to have the window open and it was very noisy; a final quibble - heavy key which you couldn’t drop off at reception. Our previous hotel in La Clusaz was 2 star, cheaper, more comfortable and with an outstanding breakfast buffet. We are seasoned travellers and firmly believe that the price and rating of this hotel needs to be put down.
