Fair for the money
Pros: - Staff at reception are incredibly friendly and helpful. Helpful in booking tours, and, I got there early, well before check-in time and they let me check in early (which is uncommon in very touristy resort hotels where they usually make you wait until the very minute before checkin time). - If you are in Ayia Napa for nightlife it is a VERY close and convenient walk to the square (maybe 5 minute walk). - Walkable to Nissi Beach (about 25 minutes, but coming back from the beach is an uphill). - My room was HUGE. I was a single traveler and they gave me an apartment room that was big enough to sleep four, easily (but I did see other rooms that were significantly smaller so that suggests a variety of sizes). - very clean for an apartment hotel. Kitchen area was very clean. Towels and sheets were old but clean. Cons: - The price I paid from hotels.com was significantly less than the room would cost normally and I must admit that if it were the full price I wouldn’t have been nearly as satisfied. - The bed was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. The sheets were so thin they were almost worn through. The mattresses were so old they were totally bowed in the middle. And, they have a waterproofing pad on the mattress which you can totally feel through the thin sheet and gets realy uncomfortable. I guess in Ayia Napa most people go out all night and don’t sleep much, but if you have back problems or are a troubled sleeper you will have a couple of rough nights at Senator.

I’ll stay here again
The location of the Hotel was fantastic, it was within walking distance to the square and nissi avenue, where all the action happens.I will definitely stay there again, the accomodation was basic, but it served its purpose, some where to get a few hours sleep before hitting the town and clubs at night.

if going in the summer month’s, make sure you take appropriate clothing. It was HOT!
