A good clean hotel
We booked this Hotel as the price was very reasonable. We found the Hotel to be clean and well presented.Its location is a little isolated, being about 3 miles from Perugia centre and a 17 Euro taxi fare !!! The facilities are limited, there is no pool, no resturant, a small bar that is manned by the reception staff. The Continental Breakfast was as good as I have had anywhere else. All in all very good value, and would use the Hotel again without hesitation

Motel Price - four star quality
Stayed here to be near to venue for family wedding. Immaculately clean with very attentive staff. No Restaurant, and none within walking distance, but plenty in Perugia 10 mins away. No garden or pool but in our case this did not matter - we only wanted a room and breakfast. Incredible value for money - would definately reccommend it.
Plan to eat in Perugia as there is nowhere nearby.

A Good Find
A very clean, quiet hotel about 10/15 minutes drive from Perugia old town. The staff were very accomodating and helpful including those who could not speak English but we still managed to communicate. Breakfast is served till later than most hotels so we were able to have a bit of a lie in. Breakfast is all self service and typical breads, meats, cheeses, cake, yogurt etc.. For some reason our satnav could not find this hotel although it is on the main road and we put in the address given. It might be best to locate it in daylight.
Traveller's tip
Don’t try taking a car into Perugia, the streets are very narrow and parking limited. Leave your car in the car park at the bus terminus and take the escalators (5? 6?) up into the town. There are many wonderful towns in this area for sight seeing including Perugia and Assisi.
