Stalinist Monolith in the Caribbean
Like a throw back to a Soviet-era Black Sea vacation village. While the hotel is undergoing a total facelift, guests can be assured of a relatively quiet stay. Rooms are well appointed but there was absolutely no service available in the ghost town that inhabits this hulking block of concrete.
