Peace and quiet in the middle of Moscow
You wouldn’t know you were in the middle of busy, noisy, traffic ridden Moscow. The hotel is spacious, welcoming with comfortable settees dotted around and pleasant staff. The cultural map of Moscow at Reception is excellent. About half an hour’s walk to Red Square and close to many attractions.The rooms are light, airy and quiet despite building work nearby. Beautiful Church being renovated nearby.Comfortable rooms but be aware that the beds are very firm. Pillow menu provided.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Full breakfast and Continental are very expensive in hotel. Turn right outside hotel and take a short stroll. Buy breakfast from a Kiosk. A toasted baguette with bacon,sausage,salad is cheap.Across the road the kiosk sells good beer. Try the excellent large almond biscuits.The fruit stall is first class.You can save alot if you follow Russian ways.

Nice and confort hotel!
I thing that Lesnaya Holiday Inn is one of the best hotels in Moscow. It is quite new and very clean hotel with very good service. It is a european hotel that does not bring memories from the soviet era. Also the personel is friendly, helpful and speaks english (something very rare in Moscow). Furtheremore, the hotel near the center (two minutes from Tverskaya streety and 20-30 minutes, on foot, from the Red Square). Thus, I believe that the specific hotel is a very good choice if you want to spend some days in Moscow.
