Ooops! & We’re so sorry!
Upon arrival assigned to a room on a floor where we could not get off the elevator due to remodeling. Yellow tape across elevator doorway.Returned to desk and was assigned a room on another floor. Whirlpool down for maintenance. (Someone had poured beer in it the night before.) Power tools and cords in the way for elevator access in the lobby... remodeling of the hotel underway. Housekeeper left only two hand towels and one washcloth for three people. Called down to the front desk, waited 5 hours, called again. Still no towels! Met with the hotel manager in the elevator. She was on her way to another floor to handle other complaints. "You have a complaint too?" was her response. She listened, apologized and we finally got our towels.

Excellent Hotel
Very friendly hotel staff. Great location - right in the midst of major shopping, next to the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and a short walk from the river. My room was wonderful, as well. Worth every penny.
