Fantastic View, Attentive Staff, Good Value
Unbelievable view of the volcano. Friendly and helpful staff made good recommendations for tours, etc. Went out of their way to be helpful. Dried wet clothes, printed out car reservaton e-mail, etc. Beautiful towel arrangements. Great value with breakfast included--delicious fruit, juice with many options including scrambled eggs, delicious beans and rice, etc.

One of the best places to stay when visiting Arenal Volcano
Magnificent service, fantastic view of the Arenal volcano. I was very impressed by this hotel. Probably onw of the best customer service that I have ever received. I stayed in one of the bungalows and, although it was not super comfortable, it was great to accomodate the large family group I was travelling with. It has probably the best hotel breakfast service I’ve ever had. Highly reccomend it to everyone travelling to the Arenal Volcano park.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Try to go to the observation point where you can see the lava coming out of the volcano. It’s worth the short trip from the hotel. The service desk employees know the directions to this place.
