Room Conditions
The grounds of this hotel are beautiful. Our room, however was a different story. The bed spread had a cigarette burn in it and the sheets were stained. When the stained sheets were replaced, they were replaced with sheets that were old and linty. We were provided with one flat pillow each and there was a great shortage of towels! We actually had to share one towel! I was disappointed because for the money we paid, I expected much more from our room!

My second stay in tree years
I highly remmomend this resort. I stayed there three years ago and the quality, service, food were excellent. There is lots to do and the activity club people are fun and professional they get the party going. The beach is nice clean and sandy, they dont skimp on the quality of the food or liquor. There is lots to do,the guests are a very interesting mix of europeans, canadians and the rest of the american continent. You get to share experiences with people that you don’t see every day. Most are multilingual and very social, including the staff. Its the best resort I been to. Overall I like the DR better than Mexico, the country is very affordable.
Traveller's tip
Take the tour to Santo Domingo, talk to the other guests, participate on the activities, go to the disco if you are young at heart. The prices at the resort shops are reasonable and comparable to the shops outside plus you don’t have to haggle and the quality is better

Fun Fun!
So my fiance and i had an awesome time at the hotel. Everynight you can go to any ala carte resturant, in which most limit the amount you can visit the resturants and most need a reservation. One more tip would be to get up every morning and make sure that you go and save seats at the pool and all you have to do is leave towels for a leisurely day and also to have a place to get out of the sun for a few minutes!
Traveller's tip
Definately remember to bring a travel mug with you if you are a drinker. There are not sold there but it is so hot there that drinks get warm very fast! Also we did a day excursion to the saona island and it was great!a day at a private beach, going to the middle of the ocean to swim and see starfish and to an island was the ultimate leisure activity!
