Worth writing a review for!
I dont normally bother to leave reviews but these apartments are worth passing on. Myself and my 5yr old son went to Edinburgh for the Rugby League weekend. I wanted somewhere central, but away from the noisy late night revellers. This location was perfect. A 10 min pleasant walk to the centre of town and 15 mins in the other direction to Murrayfield. A regular bus service at end of street if required, and 5 mins from Haymarket trains & taxis. I left the car in the secure car park all weekend as it wasnt needed. Staff on hand 24hrs if needed, but never bothered you if not needed. Our room cleaned every day - even on this Bank Hol weekend. All you need - Iron, Hairdryer, some SKY TV channels, CD player and a very welcome kitchen pack on arrival - Cereals, milk, bread, butter, jams, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. A real home from home in a quiet yet central location. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.
Regular bus services with flat charge of £1.20 adults & 70p kids however far you go. We went all the way to Leith (Royal Yacht) for only £2. Also sightseer bus tickets last 24hrs and you can hop on and off as often as you like.

Good value for money
The apartment is very convenient. 2 main down points are the fact the apartment was in the lowest level, meaning the window is facing a very high wall, and the hallway of the building smelled pretty bad. Other than that, the location is convenient as its a short walk to Haymarket train station, main bus routes and restaurants, cafés and bars at doorstep. Well equipped and clean.
