Hotel was OK but the level of service experianced by some of the staff was less than impressive.
The hotel reception staff were not very helpful...but the porter made up for it being more helpful and friendly than the reception staff. Not at all what i would expect from a 5 star hotel. The restrauant facility at the hotel was also poor. The service at breakfast was to say the least very slow and often it was quicker to get the pot of coffee yourself rather than wait for a waiter to offer you tea or coffee.
