Highly recommended
This hotel was a good choice for location and was extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs. As a party of 6 and of various ages, we all agreed there was little room for improvement. Our room was cleaned daily with clean sheets and linen. The sauna and steam room was cosy but very clean. Excellent all round.
Please be very aware of pickpockets on the public transport. Unfortunately, I had my purse stolen and lost everything. Very distressing but cannot praise the police and hotel assistance enough. Pick pockets are rife in Lisbon. This alone has put me off ever returning.

Great stay at the hotel Aviz
We stayed two nights at the hotel Aviz and had a great experience. The hotel staff spoke English and were helpful with directions, site seeing recommendations and parking the car in their garage. The room was a great size clean and comfortable. The bed was hard and when we mentioned it to the staff they put a pad on top of the mattress rectifying the problem. The hotel was one block away from the train station and three train stops away from downtown Lisbon. Breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Would stay in this hotel again!
This was my second visit to Lisbon. first time I stayed at a different hotel that was pretty bad, and now Aviz was a hotel to recommend Hotel has a convenient location very close to public transportation and tour buses. The room was kinda small but enough to get by. Breakfast was good and served early. The staff is helpful, well mannered, and very attentive, especially the door man, they are unbelievable, extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
