Very pleasant stay!
This was my 3rd time staying in these apartments! I have found them quite suitable to my needs in that they are very close to main bus station (with buses both from North & South Airports), close to the main beach, just couple minutes walk from the old part of the town with square and only few minutes walk from a main supermarket. The only change would recommend the hotel make is to invest in some new towels for the rooms! I would also recommend not having a room too close to the lift, as there is heavy doors that make loud noises with people coming in at night!!!

Front of hotel far too noisy
Hotel is well positioned, room cleaned regularly, no entertainment in hotel to speak of,the bar is not at all inviting so we tended to ignore it.Reception staff capable and helpful.The Television service is in every language except English apart from the news programme.For real value get a BONO and use the buses to see some beautiful scenery.

good if you don’t mind walking!
Good location for the beach and bus garage (5 min walk). At night was a 15-20 min walk to the main restaurants and bars. Took about 25 mins to walk to the lido and the main shops. A long transfer time from Tenerife South Airport, just over an hour in a cab. Overall a nice hotel with friendly and approachable staff.

Not much nightlife, mostly small quiet bars with no dancing!!
