A Great Place to Stay
This hotel is A+. The rooms are spacious, clean, have free Wifi and a refrigerator. I asked for extra coffee and cups which were brought to our room in a matter of minutes. The staff is very eager to please. Every evening at 5:30 is the free cocktail party for 2 hours with no limit on how many drinks you order. The free hot breakfast is another fabulous plus offering any kind of omelet made to order, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, etc. I’m going to try to stay at an Embassy Suites wherever I go. You can’t beat it.

The directions are crazy!
I googled the address of this hotel on the web and then got directions to the hotel. Well it tooks us out in the boonies. Was not the correct address. When I questioned the hotel after driving around for 45 minutes and then finally calling they said, "Oh yes we are working on that!" You’ve got to be kidding. Then when we went to check in they did NOT have me put in the class of room I had booked. They had reserved it for another couple as well. To say the least I was not happy when I first arrived. But it is a nice place. Pool is so-so.
Traveller's tip on dining
Stuffed Pizza across the street is great. And another restaurant a few miles away on Hwy 1 I think is the Jackalope Ranch. We ate in the bar area and a 3 piece band played the entire time. Was fun.
