Good facility, poor customer service
Located near the beach. Easy to walk along the strip of restaurants & bars on avenue corniche. Poor customer service...they acted like they did not have time for customers. Hurried to answer questions, would ignore non-Moroccans. When the front desk made a phone call for us inquiring about hammas, they charged us for the phone call. they did not tell us there would be a charge. The morning breakfast had grilled vegetables & croissants. Looked like leftovers from dinner. We asked for some cheese & eggs several times, but they never brought them out.

Interesting hotel
The hotel was more impressive than I thought it would be. The room was much bigger than I was expecting. Generally my co traveller and myself were more than satisfied with the hotel. The only things I would highlight were that the water on the fifth floor was tepid and did not get hot, parts of the hotel seemed to be in the course of refurbishment (ie no amenities by the pool, no business centre for internet) and I would have been concerned if I had small children as I consider some of the barriers on the top floors and on the balconies too low for adequate safety.

Ideal Position
The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet upmarket area just outside the city. It has great sea views and is conveniently located only minutes from an impressive range of bars, restaurants and beachfront centres.Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and the hotel facilties are good.It is a particularly fine venue for adults as it has a good night club and excellent conference facilities.
