Nice place but not luxorious
I think this Hotel was probably amazing whenever it first opened. It’s quite faded now though. There are some renovation works being carried out, although I only saw one guy scraping some walls. Bad points: the tv in my room was about 20 years old No kettle in room Cracked toilet seat Poor internet access (only available in the lobby.) A beer in the niteclub is 120 dirhams (about 11 euro for 250ml) Good Points: Location is fine, a busy street with shops is nearby, and its only a cheap petite taxi ride to the old town. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Nice pool, and well maintained grounds to summarise, its a nice place, but its not 5 star!

Don’t stay at Jnan Palace Fes
I was very disappointed with the Hotel Jnan Palace Fhs. The carpet in the room was dirty; when asked to move to another room the receptionist told us he didn t have any other room available. The breakfast table cloth was also dirty; when asked to move to another table, the waiter wasn t receptive. When asked for a typical Moroccan restaurant; the concierge advise us to go to a very touristic one, which the hotel had an arrangement for kickback. Finally, I expressed my disappointment with the hotel for the reasons above mentioned and our interest to move to another hotel. Since the hotel was already paid, I asked the manager to refund for the night I wouldn t spend there. The manager told me it was not possible to refund me. Therefore, very unsatisfied I slept another night at the Jnan Palace Fes. I would like to advise other Expedia Customers not to consider Jnan Palace Fes as an hotel option for their stay at Fes.
