Slightly disappointed
The room was very nice but a little on the small side. The mattresses were very, very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. Service was excellent. The food was also excellent, as were the service and prices. Our only disappointment was that the indoor pool constantly had sand on the bottom of it as was with the Jaccuzzi.

Many shops, restaurants and the beach were only a few miles away.

problems
1) Only 1 person at front desk to answer phones, take reservations and check in guests 2) Only 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel 3) Only 2 ice machines for the whole hotel 4) Computer printer was out of service for 2 weeks and still out when we left 5) Internet was very slow, sometimes out, and was even realy realy slower sometimes. 6) IMPORTANT my room was to have 2 beds and it inly had one bed. The roll away was small, squeked and colapsed often. 7) Some of the parking lot lights were out. 8) There was a rumbling noise at night that I cluld here from my room that interferred with my sleep. 9) Pool and jazzui closed at 8PM. Not good for travelers who arrive late.
