Good hotel well located
Regular visitor to Gozo but this was the first time in a hotel. The staff were very helpful (details of local festivals, travel time back to the airport etc.) The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned (essential in high summer) though the mattresses were a bit on the hard side. A call to reception had this fixed ASAP. Ample breakfast and rooftop bar/restaurant and pool were excellent.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
If you are going to the only sandy beach, Ramla Bay, make sure you go to the far right hand end where the entry to the water is sandy. The middle and left parts of the beach have and entry to the sea over boulders!

Good choice
Very pleasant low-key hotel right next door to the dive centre. Helpful friendly staff except for one very grumpy receptionist. Plenty of loungers round the pool, reasonable pool-side food and good breakfast buffet. Excellent position and nice views of the harbour from balcony rooms. Plenty of cupboard space, small but adequate bathrooms and good housekeeping. Have already decided to return.
Lots of cafes but the Kartel and Arzella are both worth visiting. Expect relaxed service but good food and lovely views from the Arzella.

Excellent sea views
Pleasant modern hotel; clean; very good buffet breakfast; poor lighting in room for reading; bed comfortable though mattress pretty old; plenty of hot water; good value for money
