Hotel staff made me feel very welcome
Very nice and comfortable hotel in a center of the Cape Town. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.

nice hotel, staff is very helpfull

take a taxi a night time. Cape town is not that safe after dark. you must eat at mama africa on long street.but book it in advance

Convenient and comfortable
Keep in mind that the hotel has no heating system nor did it have any individual heater in the room. (This seems to be the norm in South Africa and not unique to this hotel.) Because I visited in South African winter, the room was cold and damp.
