Not quite what I expected
Having stayed in an H10 hotel before I was looking forward to a nice relaxing stay in a top quality hotel. The hotel itself was nice, staff very polite and general standard was very good. However, when I got to my room I found no air conditioning, only a fan above the bed. A Fridge that I had to pay 3 euro a day to use with a 10 euro deposit. A safe for my belongings again 3 euro a day plus 10 euro deposit. The final disappointment was when I had to go to reception and pay a 20 euro deposit for the remote control for the TV. Not really the standard that you expect from H10.
The restaurants in the Los Cristianos town centre offer an excellent range of choice & good quality food.
