nice location especially if you have a toddler
Hotel location is very good for the price and it is really quite , there is a shopping mall right at the back walking distance max 5 minutes,in a nice day you can even walk to bahnhof strasse .Swiss people looks not very friendly but they were all helpful. Will go there again hopefully in Summer time.
If you have a kid, restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. Nights get really cold even its very hot in the day time , get a long sleeve PJ for your little one .

Outstanding Hotel
The Engimatt is a well run Swiss hotel, very quiet and away from most of the hustle of a major city. It is close to a tram line and easy to get into the center of town. The staff is excellent, and the food is good. Our room was on the small side, but for more money one could get a larger room. For Switzerland it is a good value.

Would definitely recommend
A very nice hotel. The room was clean and neat. The building has been recently renovated. Flat screen TVs. Responsive staff. Equiped with an iron. Located on a quite street. Breakfast was included and I liked the quality of the food. However, a bit far from the city center (10 min on a tram which stops close the hotel). View from the rooms on lowers floors and not facing the street is poor.
