Not impressed with hotel reception
When we arrived the hotel clerk insisted that we had not previously paid for the room and we must pay when we checked out. We argued however decided to wait until the morning. When we checked out in the morning, there was a different clerk and she understood that it was paided.

could not check in after 11pm
Don’t try to get into your pre-paid hotel room with front gate and front desk to hotel closed at 11pm. this hotel was bare bones. front desk did refund the 2nd room i had to book at machine out front at 1 am. i will never return.

Unable to check in (24 hr desk was closed)
We arrived at 3am to check in to the 24 hr check in service to find the hotel shut down tight for the night. No way to contact anyone. We checked in to the hotel next door.
