Very Nice Hotel at a reasonable price
Everything was wonderful about the hotel (villas). Condos were very clean, and spacious (we had a family of 5 in a 2 BR condo). Pool was clean and heated, the grounds were well maintained, and my daughter loved watching the birds, ducks and turtles that roamed the property. Very short drive to the beach (beautiful Bradenton Beach) or to other site seeing places. The ONLY negative was that the master bed was not very comfortable (it was kind of worn, warped and lopsided.) Other than that we had a wonderful stay over 4 days (and it cost less than $250!!!)

Just Okay
The condo was nice and roomy, but the first condo we were given had a trail of little bugs running from the kitchen down the hallway to the bathroom. The second condo had a musty/mothball smell to it. Some of the dishes were not cleaned, stains on the carpet and marks on the ceramic tile, ceramic floor needed to be vacuumed.

Good place for the money
My room was very dated...on the outside it looks great, but the inside was pretty dated. It is similar to other beach condos I rented, old flowered furniture, thin green rug, etc. It seemed pretty clean, but there was a weird smell coming out of the master bath. I didn’t really use it much, so I didn’t complain. The place was huge though, with a massive walk in closet, decent kitchen and large sized family room with a screened in porch. The pools were well maintained and the location was very convenient...lots of restaurants close by and the beach is no more than 10 minutes away. I would stay there again, but would maybe ask for a different condo.
