Excellent Customer Service - nice design and amenities
Very polite, friendly, attentive staff - always greeting us - seemed very genuine - not like some of the fake C.S. "hi, how are you" non-sense we get in the States all too often... Nice design, very spacious bathroom, very clean, wonderful sauna. Good location - walking distance to zoo, shopping, great connections on trains, 10 min. to Mitte, etc... Would have only very nice things to say about our experience at this hotel.
Upgrading to Club Etoile (additional $$/day) was totally worth it. We ate breakfast there every day, had snacks and drinks in the afternoon AND evening. Definitely helped bring meal costs down - as food can be quite expensive in Europe.

An Amazing Place to Stay!
We travelled to Berlin to celebrate a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, checked in and were escorted to our room, we had the most amazing stay. As regular visitors to Berlin, we have had mixed experiences when staying in hotels. Not this time. The staff are the biggest asset with smiles, uncompromising service and a ’can do anything’ attitude. Our only problem with this hotel was the fact we had to check out. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to travellers of all types.
