Great hotel
Trendy modern hotel in good location. Wine tasting in the lobby every evening was most welcome. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Restaurant very good but food and drink quite expensive.

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel location was great for our casual DC weekend. Good restaurants are right outside or a few moments walk away, and a small supermarket/deli and a CVS ensure you can stock up on your own snacks and drinks - advisable because the minibar prices are quite high. The Dupont Circle Metro stop is a few moments walk away, making getting around via Metro quite easy. We also walked to Georgetown, which is a good 20 minute walk away. The hotel room wasnt large, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The hotel decor is upscale for its price point, and the wine cocktail reception every evening is a welcome touch. The front desk staff was efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Deandre took the time to look online for restaurants that served she-crab soup and printed out the menus for us. He was wonderful during our entire stay.
