Beautiful Hotel
Designed beautifully, room was pretty large, bathroom was gorgeous!! Bed was comfortable at first, but I woke up with a stiff back. Maybe its because Im spoiled at home because my bed is super comfortable. My only complaint is that we had no cell phone service in the room. Otherwise, great hotel, great location!

A year ago
A year ago we were coming out of the SFMOMA, full of shopping bags, and a gentleman from the St. Regis, offered to hail a cab for us. We told him we were not guests at the hotel, but he just smiled, and proceeded to get us a cab. I was intrigued. This year, after our conference at another hotel was over, we stayed three luxurious nights at the St. Regis, and everybody was just as friendly, helpful and welcoming as the gentleman who hailed a cab for us the year prior. We are coming back next year.
