Not great
You get what you pay for here. No frills. Needs updating, especially in the bathroom. Poor insulation. Breakfast not good at all.

Modern hotel in an old city.
This hotel was one stop on our travels through the Tuscany area. We found the hotel more modern than most of the hotels we stayed at on our trip. Our room was on the fifth floor and found it extremely hot having arrived early afternoon; however, a maintenance man was sent up and adjusted the air conditioning and found the room comfortable by the time we returned early evening. Parking was free at the hotel underground garage. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was very good. Except for the hotel, there was only one fine dining restaurant in the area which was recommended by the staff.
There was a large grocery store next door to the hotel that sold everything from soup to nuts.

Decent Hotel
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Assisi and Siena for day trips in route to Florence. Rooms were clean and the front desk staff accommodating. Breakfast seemed to be understaffed, but had good coffee, fresh fruit, with the usual yogurts, meats, cheeses and eggs. Free internet was a bonus!
