very adequate for our purposes
The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room clean and well kept. we slept well, the breakfast was suprisingly well rounded and beyond our expectations for a continental breakfast, it was exceptional. we would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable rates by the space needle
If you are looking for a reasonably priced room walking distance from the space needle this one suits the need. Just outside the free bus zone and a Short walk to the space needle & monorail. Nice breakfast room with a variety of selections. If you are parking a car, be sure to call ahead to see how full they are - not enough parking if everyone has a vehicle. Can be a bit noisy depending on what’s going on in town - we were there when there was a concert and football games and it seemed to be a favorite for young people.
Double Decker bus tours end the beginning of October - Public transportation is great! Underground City tour is a hoot!

I would stay again if they fix the hot tub and lower the rates.
The front desk personel could have been a little friendlier. The hot tub was broken. However, the breakfast room was great. There was a variety of food to chose from. The hotel could use a little fixing up with maybe some fresh paint, but the flowers outside were very nice. I liked the location of being near thae space needle.
