Not Bad
Reasonable property for those not seeking luxury, with a good money for value ratio, especially considering the deteriorating state of Playa del Ingles these days. Bathrooms are in need of upgrading, and kitchenettes have the minimum of utensils. Very firm beds with low foam pillows. Small televisions, and wireless Internet access is spotty. Small pool area is bathed in sunlight but offers several shaded areas. Staff is cordial and efficient, but a little dry. Convenient grocery store next door, fair walk to the beach, couple of blocks from the big Yumbo commercial center and entertainment area. Aggravating policy of requiring a deposit for any extras, even the television remote control. Small pets accepted for a nightly fee.

Predictable rooms for an affordable apartment hotel but nice pool/pool area. Convenient for the beach and beach restaurants. Reasonable supermarket, small bars and restaurants next door.

Great Budget Hotel - Gay Friendly
I stayed for the week of Maspalomas Pride - very close to Yumbo Centre, you can see the beach from the place and the staff are helpfull to arrange Taxi’s. Although not your 5* Delux, you get what you pay for in this place and I would definately come again. Great base to get out and about, not for staying in.
