nice place poor location
lovely spot by the beach but much futher out than what was stated on the map+was impossible to get a taxi. also there was a water leak in bathroom+staff were not too helpful with this. floor was covered in water+there were no offers of assistance or compensation

Good Stay But...
We had a wonderful stay except for 2 key problems. First there were stray dogs everywhere and they would get into the area the resort was in. When they got in they were locked in in the evening so at 5:30 am the dogs would bark and wake you up. This was not pleasant because every time you think you could go back to sleep they would bark again and keep you up. I am a pretty light sleeper, but this still should not have happened. The second problem we encountered was that there were kids that ran around and would scream around the breakfast area which is where our room was. This was not the hotels fault but they could have said something to the parents of these children.

Full of Character, Clean, Private
We stayed in this hotel for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. It has lots of character and with only a few rooms to rent it offers a private atmosphere without noisy tourists. The swimming pool is a nice treat on a hot day. Right opposite the hotel, there is a little supermarket where you can buy all necessary food and drink. Also right next to I Mulini Resort, there is another bigger hotel owned by the same person, that offers all the usual i.e. private beach, big swimming pool with a bar etc. which you are also allowed to use anytime. The staff was very friendly. The receptionist was always happy to give an advice on where to go, how to get there etc. I would recommend hiring a car if you decide for this hotel. It is quite remote from the nearest town Trapani and its night life. Don’t worry about the cost as parking is free in the town.
