Excellent family runned hotel
Excellent hotel for the value. Also excellent real 4 star Italian cooking by their chef for lunch and dinner at very reasonable price.

Exceptional Service
My husband, two children (ages 5 and 2), and myself had a great three-night stay at Hotel Torretta. The staff went out of their way to help, and we loved having our own reserved table in the restaurant for any meals we ate there. I would highly recommend this hotel for it’s family-run atmosphere and location.

Good Except for Poor Soundproofing
Montecatini is a great place the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the spas, the town centre and the funicular railway to Montecatini Alto (La Torre restaurant there was great). My only problem was poor soundproofing of our room, which resulted in me being disturbed by noise from other rooms and from the corridor.
