Hotel was fair
Hotel was fair. Good location for our needs. Service was fine but nothing special. Lobby was nicer than the rooms. The room was clean and large, but the bathroom features were old and the shower dripped. The room was on the 5th floor but still the outside noises( trash collection, sirens) were disturbing to sleep.

Stylish friendly and great location
Every member of staff that we met from the valet guys, to the barman, receptionists and maids were so friendly. Room standard and cleanliness were superb. Gym adequate size and outside pool, small but clean and relaxing. Only two minutes walk from a great Italian restaurant (although the hotel restaurant was excellent - well worth having a meal there) and five minutes walk from the Beverly Center. Would not hesitate to revisit this hotel should we need to stay in the area again!
If you hire a car, make sure you get sat nav - made life so much easier.

Not as swanky as it appears
The Orlando is a nice hotel, but the room I stayed in did not look as swanky as it appeared online. The decor was sleek and modern, but the furniture, carpet, and other aspects appeared to be of lower quality. It appeared to reflect the cost of living in Los Angeles. In Houston, where I’m from, a room of that price would have been much richer & luxurious. That being said, my stay there was nice overall.
