Very Accommmodating
Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Prices were reasonable.
Just minutes from airport. Great bakery/restaurant right across the street.

New hotel, near Hotel near to the airport and City atractions like Monteserrate Hill.

So disappointing!
I can only think of location as the *only* reason to stay at this hotel (very close to El Dorado, the US Embassy and the Corferias Convention Complex). If these are not your destinations (and only reasons to be in Bogota)- stay elsewhere! I could not get a room at my preferred spot in Bogota so... Pros: - Overall good level of service - friendly staff - Easy access (centrally located) - Common areas are very nice. Overall very clean, safe, and well maintained hotel. - Safe taxis available at all times Cons: - LOTS of noise from Ave. La Esperanza (6 am to 9 pm) - Uncomfortable matress - Breakfast not included (huh!? In Bogota?) - Internet (addl. charge) did not work in my room, had to go to the business center (no comfort and no privacy) - Would exchange US$ to guests with addresses outside of Colombia, not to Colombians. (HUH!?!?) - NOTHING to do around the hotel, no food or drinks within walking distance. - Creative menu at the hotel restaurant, but with serious taste and texture flaws.
Traveller's tip for business travellers
Great++ dining, fun and safe nightlife in the "Parque de la 93" area. Relatively inexpensive and delicious food at the top-floor and rotating "La Fragata". Smart recreation at Maloka, and the gold museum is astonishing.
