Great location
Great hotel in a wonderful location if you are touring the area. Food in the hotel was very expensive..especially continental breakfast, but there were more reasonable choices in town close by.

Beautiful setting-lovely golf course
I enjoyed the hotel very much and would return. I felt the service and food was only ordinary. standard could be raised.

Grand
Great hotel. Very grand. Not the cheapest place to stay, eat and drink, but worth every penny. Shame the wife didnt allow me a game of golf ! Brilliant rooms, nice pool and friendly service. Definately will go back.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Try the Casino Barriere by the Deauville seafront. Theres a fantastic small Theatre there which is full of chracter and they have shows most weekends. If you can try and book a table for 2 at the front with a complimentary bottle of chamagne, very romantic. Then go and loos all your money in the casino, but avoid the nightclub there, they charged us 20 quid a drink (no im not kidding !! thats more for the rich and famous to which we are neither)
