Decent enough
I only stayed for the one night and didn’t have the breakfast. Unfortunatley there was no hot water in the morning and so a cold shower it was. Also it was a fair way from the centre of Arnhem, 18 Euro’s for the taxi home. There was a cheaper bus service.

Nice hotel, isolated location
The hotel is comfortable and pleasant. The only problem is that it is located apart from any other services, such as restaurants. There was no reasonable choice except to eat in the hotel for every breakfast (very nice, but expensive) and every dinner (also very nice, moderately expensive, but not a great place to eat every evening.) Hotel and staff were fine. The absence of any other services in the neighborhood is the only problem.

4 stars - what a joke!
We were in Arnhem for a short family event and chose to stay at this hotel due to its convenient location and its 4-star rating. Although the location did not disappoint, the 4 stars certainly did. I’m not a fussy guest when I stay in a hotel for one night and my basic requirements are always 1) speedy check-in/out, 2) clean room, 3) comfortable bed, 4) good shower. Check-in and check-out was efficient, room was cleaned but numerous permanent stains in carpet and curtains gave it a dumpster look. However, the worst bit was the bed. The mattress was so old that it was basically u-shaped, and my wife and I kept fighting not to roll to the middle! As a result, bad night sleep and we both woke up with pain in the lower back. Shower was good and hot, but that hardly makes up for a very bad night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was good. If you love your chiropractor, stay here, otherwise choose another hotel!
