Its just Alright

My first night there was spent in the wrong roomm a two twin bed room when we had requested a King. They then upgraded our original room request to a king room on the 18th floor. However, it was a huge production to get non-feather bedding. The bed itself felt like concrete. The view was great and so was the food. The manager is great but the staff is only so-so.

Great Waterfront Location - Close to Harbour City Mall and Ocean Terminal

Stayed in a "club room" which offered nice snacks/breakfast and free internet access in a special lounge. The hotel itself is large (and was constantly busy during my stay), but staff were friendly and efficient and the hotel is well-maintained. The rooms felt a bit small (like many HK rooms it was a bit cramped with just two people), but they served their purpose and offer the basic services most travelers would need. The hotel is right next to the Harbour City Mall, and is within easy walking distance of the nearest MTR (subway) station, shopping on lower Nathan Road, the ferry terminals, waterfront promenade and museum area. Stayed at this hotel just before taking a cruise out of Ocean Terminal and found that it offered extremely easy access to the pier area.

HK NOT

This Hotel is conveniently located only if you need the Ferry. They have two lobbies, which is totally confusing. It was most difficult to have to change buildings each time you needed to go to the desk. Their bell captains are no where to be found to help with luggage. Also the beds are not very comfortable.
